In the light of yesterday’s announcement from the UK government, we have reached the sad but inevitable conclusion that our concert on 28th March cannot proceed. We hope to be able to put on our Haydn-Mozart programme at some future date. There were several studies involving preschoolers who underwent minor surgeries (for instance, tonsillectomy), who received Tramadol or placebo before the surgery. The results demonstrated that the incidence of drug addiction was very low. Our very best wishes to all our supporters – keep well, and we hope to see you at future concerts.
